Outdoor Alternative is an informal campsite for active groups, families and friends, a place to escape the busy world and enjoy the outdoors in a low impact and sustainable way.

If your looking for a greener campsite in a great location, a place to run, swim, bike, kayak, climb, walk and relax, then follow the bumpy lane…

All camping needs to be pre booked. The site has unallocated pitches, so once you arrive just choose a spot on the camping fields that suits you and pitch up. Perfect for tents and camper vans. Not suitable for motorhomes.

Through re-cycling, waste reduction, energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy everything we do has sustainability at its core. Share our passion and help keep OA Sustainable.

Costs per night:
Adults – £13.90 per head
Children (3yrs-16yrs) – £5.80 per head
Extra Vehicle – £2 per night
Well behaved dogs – £2 (up to a max. of 3)

To secure a pitch payment in full is required with this booking.

Cancellation:

• If you cancel your booking more than 28 days before your arrival a refund is available.
• All refunds are subject to an admin charge of £10.
• If you cancel your booking less than 28 days before your arrival refunds are not available.

Online booking is for tents and camper vans, If you have a caravan or RV you must email us directly as we are limited to 3 at any one time and have restricted access.
